What payment methods are accepted?

All orders placed online must be paid via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I apply for credit?

To apply for credit with us, please call 800.925.0083.

For open credit orders, minimum opening purchase is $150.00. All orders are subject to approval. Payment for all products and services is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Customer agrees to pay interest at 1.5% per month for payments later than 30 days and all reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency and legal fees. Customer authorizes requests for credit information from any credit service agency.

 

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, call our Customer Service department to authorize a return (800.888.4040).  The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of original invoice date to receive an exchange or refund.

Tax Product Returns: No unauthorized returns permitted.  Authorized returns will be issued with a minimum restock fee of 25% of product cost, excluding shipping charges.  Returns only accepted within 30 days of invoice date through December 31, 2024.

*Please note: Poster Guard® Poster Compliance Service, Employee Handout Services, Employment Law Alert Service, Fill-and-Save Form Libraries, HRgifter service, personalized products, food items, drug tests, digital products, Smart Apps, online training courses and other services are not refundable.

When will my order ship?

Standard stock items typically ship the next business day. Custom-imprinted orders ship in approximately 3 days of receipt.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. 

 

How do I submit a tax exempt form?

You can submit your tax exempt form via email at salestaxexemption@hrdirect.com or call 800.925.0083.

 

Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of an item?

In many cases, the answer is yes!  Call our sales department at 800.999.9111 to get a quote or learn more.

What is a priority code?

A priority code is another term for a promo or coupon code that you can enter at any time while shopping online to apply special offers or discounts. 

If you received a mailing from us, you can find this code on the back of your catalog or mailer near your name and address.

How long does it take to receive downloadable software or forms?

As soon as you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include links to access your downloadable products.

 

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, you can get a free sample of any of our greeting cards or folders. Just give us a call with the item you are interested in and we’ll send you up to three samples absolutely free!
