Minimum Wage (English and Spanish)
09/20/12 — Oregon's Minimum Wage will increase from $8.80 an hour to $8.95 an hour, effective January 1, 2013. The rate increase is reflected on the Oregon Minimum Wage poster in English and Spanish.
FMLA (English and Spanish)
11/14/11 — The Oregon Family Leave poster has been updated to clarify that an employee can take family leave for a serious health condition for the same-gender domestic partner or parent or child of a same-gender domestic partner with a serious health condition.
Minimum Wage (English and Spanish)
11/7/11 — The Oregon Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect a new minimum wage rate effective January 1, 2012. The Oregon minimum wage rate will increase from $8.50 per hour to $8.80 per hour.
Minimum Wage (English and Spanish)
11/17/10 — The Oregon Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2011, the minimum wage rate will increase from $8.40 per hour to $8.50 per hour.
