Labor Law Abstract
07/12/10 — The South Carolina labor law abstract poster has been updated to include a change to the Payment of Wages Act. The South Carolina Payment of Wages Act indicates that "employers must also give employees an itemized statement showing gross pay and all deductions made each pay period and maintain records of wages paid for three years".
