Did you know that businesses in certain cities/counties are required to display employee notices in addition to the standard state and federal postings? There are several cities that now require businesses to display special postings, and this number is growing daily. In some cities, such as San Francisco, there are seven additional mandatory notices. City and county postings cover topics such as minimum wage, paid sick leave, no smoking, discrimination and pregnancy leave, just to list a few.
