Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) Poster

Communicate COVID-19-Related Paid Sick Leave Rights with New Mandatory Federal Poster

With the signing of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, a new mandatory federal posting must be displayed by all private employers with fewer than 500 employees, plus certain public employers. The poster outlines the new emergency paid sick leave law, which remains in effect until December 31, 2020, and explains the situations under which employees qualify for immediate paid sick leave due to the COVID-19 outbreak. With this laminated stand-alone poster, you can easily maintain compliance and the poster can be easily disposed of once the law expires.
