As of August 4, 2020, businesses with 50 or more employees that hold federal contracts worth at least $50,000 must use a new form to satisfy OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) recordkeeping requirements. This form is part of their affirmative action obligations to allow job applicants and employees to self-identify as persons with disabilities, and to collect information to assess the effectiveness of their outreach and recruitment efforts.
Encourage applicants and current employees to identify themselves as individuals with disabilities using the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form.
