Forklift Safety and Training

Forklifts can expose workers to serious hazards which can result in injuries and in some cases even death.  OSHA standards require employers to develop and implement a training program based on the principles of safe forklift operation.  Employers must also certify that each operator has received the training and evaluate each operator at least once every three years.  Refresher training is also necessary when an operator is found to be driving unsafely, has been in an accident or near miss, receives poor evaluation, or when there are changes in the workplace or type of truck.  The training products below help you fulfill these requirements.
