What payment methods are accepted?

All orders placed online must be paid via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I apply for credit?

To apply for credit with us, please call 800.925.0083.

For open credit orders, minimum opening purchase is $150.00. All orders are subject to approval. Payment for all products and services is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Customer agrees to pay interest at 1.5% per month for payments later than 30 days and all reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency and legal fees. Customer authorizes requests for credit information from any credit service agency.

 

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, call our Customer Service department to authorize a return (800.888.4040).  The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of original invoice date to receive an exchange or refund.

*Please note that Poster Guard® Compliance Protection service, personalized products, drug tests, digital products, Smart Apps, Online Courses and other services are not refundable.

When will my order ship?

Standard stock items typically ship the next business day. Custom-imprinted orders ship in approximately 3 days of receipt.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. 

 

How do I submit a tax exempt form?

Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of an item?

How long does it take to receive downloadable software or forms?

As soon as you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include links to access your downloadable products.

 

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, you can get a free sample of any of our greeting cards or folders. Just give us a call with the item you are interested in and we’ll send you up to three samples absolutely free!
