If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service to authorize a return (800.999.9111, M-F, 8:30am – 5pm ET).

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the invoice date to receive an exchange or refund.

Please note: Fill-and-Save Form Libraries, digital products, personalized products, online employment tests, Smart Apps, online training courses and other services are not refundable.
