Mandatory I-9 Form Required
All U.S. employers are required to verify the identity and employment eligibility of new hires using the mandatory Form I-9. The latest Form I-9 was revised in October 2019 and released in 2020. Stay compliant with the law by using the most recent Form I-9 and following the instructions and record keeping guidelines that accompany it.
The new I-9 version has an expiration date of 10/31/2022.
The previous version of the form (Rev. 07/17/2017 N) is no longer valid.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires every employee to complete Form W-4 before he or she may claim withholding allowances on income tax returns. New W-4 forms must also be completed whenever an employee’s tax status changes, such as with the birth of a child or a change in marital status.
Use this poster to prevent federal W-4 withholding mistakes. The Federal W-4 poster will help your employees avoid costly mistakes regarding withholding decisions by providing a mini-checklist of questions employees can ask themselves when filling out their Form W-4.
